<td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">Kelly Services is currently accepting applications for a Maintenance Manager. The incumbent will manage a team of 12+ employees, including employees in a Lead role.<BR>Duties and Responsibilities:<BR>· Supervises and coordinates all facets of the plant production equipment.<BR>· Responsible for compliance of all Federal Regulations.<BR>· Responsible for defining problem areas, conducting investigations, and implementing solutions.<BR>· Determine department needs and make decisions within budget constraints.<BR>· Ensures all maintenance personnel are properly trained and aware of potential safety and or health risks; to include compliance with OSHA requirements and GMP. Identifies, plans, and conducts or coordinates technical training for plant employees (examples to include GMP, SOPs, Sis, FCDs, machine operations, processing, lockout/tag out, or forklift/man lift operations).<BR>· Directs the repair, maintenance and modification of plant production equipment.<BR>· Responsible for implementing effective PM programs and for compliance with written plans, programs and procedures.<BR>· Establishes priorities for compliance with written plans, programs and procedures.<BR>· Establishes priorities for the maintenance function and effective utilization of personnel and equipment.<BR>· Provides maintenance manuals for all pieces of equipment and up to date electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic schematics.<BR>· Assists in selection and placement of new and relocated equipment and systems, in conjunction with management. <BR>· Seeks bids on construction and installation work as required.<BR>· Recommends contractors based on historical performance, cost, workmanship and completion dates.<BR>· Responsible for defining and analyzing productions for investigating root causes and for appropriate corrective action.<BR>· Recommends and institutes programs that will improve efficiency and reduce costs, while improving quality and customer services.<BR>· Monitors and controls maintenance budgets in accordance with production forecasts and profit plans.<BR>· Determines facility requirements in line with the profit plan and assists with capital planning forecasts.<BR>· Works with suppliers to insure availability of services commensurate with minimal service interruptions.<BR>· Ensure that all outside contractors comply with company policies and procedures.<BR><BR>Job requirements<BR><BR>· Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.<BR>· Eight to ten years related experience or combined equivalent.<BR>· Ability to read, analyze, interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures and governmental regulations.<BR>· Ability to write reports and business correspondence.<BR>· Ability to effectively present information and respond in group environments.<BR>· Ability to work mathematical c </font></td>
