               <td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">Title: Social Worker MSW<BR>Location: Washington-Olympia<BR>Job Number:_19059<BR>Providence is calling a Social Worker to Providence St Peter Hospital-Sexual Assault Clinic in Olympia, WA.<BR>We are seeking a licensed social worker or mental health counselor to provide assessment, triage and crisis support to families whose children are referred to the Sexual Assault Clinic. The social worker will actively collaborate with multiple agencies, especially Child Protective Services and law enforcement detectives from our five county service area in the clinic?s intake process. During a clinic visit the social worker provides crisis support and referral to community resources to these families.<BR><BR>In this position you will:<BR><BR>* Perform and document psychosocial assessments and provide recommendations for treatment and/or referral<BR>* Participate in multi-disciplinary teams to provide medical information to assist with investigation of child abuse cases with an emphasis on child safety and well being<BR>* Comply with all mandated reporting requirements as required by Washington State RCW<BR>* Work independently in a team environment<BR><BR>Qualifications:<BR><BR>Required qualifications for this position include:<BR>* Master?s degree in Social Work, Counseling or related field from an accredited school<BR>* Active license in Washington State as an Independent Clinical Social Worker or Registered Counselor/Licensed Mental Health Counselor<BR>* Valid WA State driver?s license in good standing<BR>Preferred qualifications for this position include:<BR>* Prior social work experience in a multi-disciplinary health care setting and specialized training in child abuse and crisis intervention<BR><BR>About the hospital you will serve.<BR>Providence St. Peter Hospital is a 390-bed, not-for-profit regional teaching hospital.
