Represents the Network Services Department on implementation projects in a team based environment.<BR>Job Description?????????<BR><BR><BR><BR>Job Title:????????Field Service Technician (FST)<?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" /> <BR>CIO Approval/Date:?June 2012<BR><BR>Department:??IT -Network Services <BR>HR Approval/Date:??<BR><BR>Reports To:???FST Supervisor<BR>?<BR>JOB SUMMARY:?Responsibilities include: provide desktop and peripheral support for clinical and CliniTech environments, installation, upgrading, troubleshooting, and purchasing of all computer related hardware and software.?<BR>?<BR>ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:- List each job duty and responsibility that isessentialto performing the job successfully, efficiently and safely.<BR>?<BR>90%?????FST Support<BR>* Respond to Clinic staff requests for assistance/information<BR>* Bring resolution to technical desktop issues.?Escalate issues as necessary to get them resolved.<BR>* Resolve all assigned trouble tickets.<BR>* Initiate the purchasing process for hardware, software, printers, or other computer related equipment or peripherals as requested or needed for a trouble ticket.<BR>* Make sure FST work and storage areas are kept orderly.<BR>* Participate in quality control and performance improvement initiatives.<BR>* Attend regular FST meetings to coordinate issues and schedules.<BR>* Attend approved training and ensure desktop support skills/knowledge remain current.?<BR>* Provide documentation and reporting as requested.<BR>* Be a team player and participate in team building both within the FST group and with other support groups.<BR>* Monitors, audits, & reports using remote management tool.
