               <td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">Nurse Practitioner  -- <BR>JOB DESCRIPTION:  The Nurse Practitioner's primary job function is to be responsible for provisions of comprehensive reproductive care services for the patients of clinic.<BR><BR>JOB REQUIREMENTS:   <BR>WorkSource will refer applicants to the employer who meet the following qualifications. These qualifications must be addressed specifically in the application materials:<BR> *  Must have valid license to practice as an ARNP with Evidence of Prescriptive Authority in the State of Washington.<BR>*  Must be a graduate from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program and has an active RN license in Washington state.<BR>* Must have two or more years of clinical work experience.<BR>* Must have teaching and supervisory experience.<BR>*  Must have the ability to work independently and interdependently with clinic staff.<BR>* Must have exellent oral, written, and organizational skills.<BR><BR>HOURS / DAYS / SCHEDULE: Will work 24 hours per week, Tuesday thru Thursday, from 9am to 5pm.<BR> <BR>SALARY/WAGE/BENEFITS:   Rate of pay depends on experience and qualifications<BR><BR>CLOSING DATE/DEADLINE: Open until filled.<BR><BR>HOW TO APPLY:  Contact WorkSource for instructions on how to apply.  (Applicants that do not follow through with the instructions provided -- including incomplete applications -- may not be considered for the position.)</font></td>
