               <td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">Transportation Driver  --  <BR>JOB DESCRIPTION:  Will drive a van to transport clients with a handicap or disability to medical appointments.   Will be driving a fully equipped van with lifts, so there is no heavy lifting.    Job site is in the Omak.<BR><BR>JOB REQUIREMENTS:   <BR>WorkSource will only refer applicants to the employer who meet the following qualifications:<BR>  *  Must have a valid Washington State Driver's License (in order to operate a company vehicle). <BR>  *  Must have a minimum of a tenth grade education.<BR>In addition, be prepared to demonstrate the following qualifications to the employer:<BR>  *  Must have a good driving record for the last three years (no tickets).  A Driver's Abstract is required at the time of application.<BR>  *  Must pass a pre-employment criminal background check & drug testing. <BR>  *  Must have good people skills.  <BR><BR>PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:  <BR>  *  Experience transporting or working with people with disabilities is a plus.<BR>  *  Bilingual in English / Spanish is a plus, but not required.<BR><BR>HOURS / DAYS / SCHEDULE:  Will work 30 to 35 hours per week.<BR><BR>SALARY / WAGE:  Rate of pay depends on experience and qualifications.<BR><BR>CLOSING DATE / DEADLINE:  Open until filled.<BR><BR>HOW TO APPLY:  Contact WorkSource for instructions on how to apply.  (Applicants that do not follow through with the instructions provided -- including incomplete applications -- may not be considered for the position.)</font></td>
