Sales Associate is responsible for effectively selling all product lines and promoting the brand image to customers while maintaining merchandising standards and providing superior customer service!<BR><BR>Major Duties and Responsibilities<BR><BR>> Responsible for meeting sales goals and objectives for store <BR>> Actively promotes and sells products to store customers <BR>> Greets customers immediately in a friendly and approachable manner; provides customers with professional, personalized customer service to promote sales by increasing customer awareness of brands <BR>> Is knowledgeable of and keeps current with all products, services, incentives, promotions, advertising and offers to facilitate sales effort<BR>> Effectively executes product promotions to increase sales and brand awareness <BR>> Maintains the service and merchandising standards <BR>> Adheres to store dress and attire requirements as well as store rules and policies <BR>> Develops strong working relationships with all store personnel <BR>> Communicates with Retail Manager on store events, product activity, sales needs, follow-up issues and customer feedback <BR><BR>Knowledge and Skills<BR>> Aptitude for selling<BR>> Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills<BR>> Ability to work in a fast paced environment<BR><BR>Minimum Requirements<BR>> Generally requires 1-3 years experience in a customer service environment; previous merchandising, selling and/or retail experience required<BR>> Ability to demonstrate flexibility in scheduling, as it is retail and we are open 7 days a week</font></td>
