Please plan accordingly when you apply. </b> <BR><BR>CREW SHUTTLE DRIVERS, FULL-TIME (Y)<BR><BR><b>JOB DESCRIPTION</b><BR>This position is responsible for shuttling railroad crews from Pasco to Portland/Vancouver WA, from Pasco to Spokane WA,  Ellensburg, WA and anywhere within 250 mile radius. Responsible for filling out daily inspection forms, complete paperwork for invoicing customer and payroll, attend safety meetings monthly, keeping the inside and outside of vehicle clean in all types of weather, scraping ice off windshields, changing a flat tire and applying snow chains when necessary.<BR><BR><b>JOB REQUIREMENTS</b><BR>*Must have valid Drivers License and 7 years of legal vehicle driving experience on public highways. Previous transport experience is not required.<BR><BR>*Must be able to pass a background check (i.e. no more than two tickets in the last three years, no more than one accident in the last three years, no DUI or DWI infractions in the last ten years).<BR><BR>*Pass a drug screening.<BR><BR>*Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs on occasion.<BR><BR>*Must be able to drive in inclement weather and over rough and uneven road surfaces.<BR><BR>*Drivers must be able to speak, read and write in English at a level to effectively communicate with English speaking customers.<BR><BR><b>PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS</b><BR>*Employer prefers to hire applicants over 21 years of age because of insurance costs.<BR><BR><b>HOURS/DAYS/SCHEDULE</b><BR>Rotating, must be available to work any shift, weekends and holidays and on call 12 hours a day while on duty. Duty hours and days off are scheduled with supervisor.<BR><BR><b>SALARY/WAGE/BENEFITS</b><BR>$9.04/Hour or .19 cents a mile.
