Manage daily activities of Assessment, Referral, Therapy, Immediate Response Team, Children?s Day Program, and PASSAR services for efficiencies and effectiveness. Prepare and present quality and corporate compliance reports for responsible programs. As needed, provides intake and referral services including clinical screening, evaluation of patients and referrals to appropriate internal and external agencies. Manage the incentive program for appropriate associates. Manage, and review all time and attendance payroll records for the programs managed. Develop and conduct utilization review processes for the programs managed ensuring appropriate use of services, the level of service, the frequency or the need for service, to reduce, re-assign or discontinue services. Additional critical leadership attributes of this position include program development and program expansion, creating and sharing a vision? for Family Services, developing clear service-delivery models, managing poor performance among staff, working effectively and collaboratively with other LCC managers and supervisors, and demonstrating professional conduct that exemplifies leadership and accountability.<BR>REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:<BR>Master''s Degree in Social/Behavioral Sciences or Master''s Degree in Nursing<BR>Minimum seven (7) years of experience working with persons who experience mental illness<BR>Three (3) years of successful prior managerial or supervisory experience<BR>Demonstrate effective managerial, leadership skills, knowledge of quality principles, theory and practice<BR>Knowledge of Lean Tools, change acceleration process, and other process improvement quality measures and methodologies<BR>Licensed Mental Health Counselor, Marriage & Family Therapist or Social WorkerorRegistered Nurse<BR>WAC qualified Mental Health Professional<BR>Ability to work with a culturally diverse population<BR>DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:<BR>Bilingual and/or English-Spanish speaking abilities<BR>Mental Health Specialist (child, geriatric, DD, and/or minority)<BR><BR>ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES/COMPETENCIES<BR><BR>Updated 09-18-2012<?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" /> <BR>@R=at risk for exposure to blood borne pathogens<BR>1.
