A critical attribute required of this position is exceptional interpersonal customer services consisting of an outgoing positive attitude, warm friendly joyful demeanor, and the utmost care and reverence for our guests, patients, families, customers and colleagues.<BR>ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES/COMPETENCIES:<BR>Enhance patient access to LHN services.<BR>Prepare the patient for examinations, procedures and diagnostic testing.<BR>Assist physician or licensed health care practitioner with examinations, procedures and other process related to direct patient care.<BR>Prepare and maintain accurate medical records and logs.<BR>Provide appropriate review of processes to enhance efficient patient care and safety.<BR>Exhibit team building spirit in relations with co-workers.<BR>Demonstrate knowledge and skills necessary to provider care as allowed by Certification as HCA-E appropriate to the population and specific needs of the patient served.<BR>REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:<BR>Must be eligible to obtain a certification in WA State as a HCA in Category E<BR>Request of certification is required with in the first week of employment and receipt of certification is required within 9 weeks.<BR>BLS Certification<BR>Ability to work with a culturally diverse population<BR>DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:<BR>Bilingual and/or English-Spanish speaking abilities<BR>Previous experience in a physician''s office<BR>High School Diploma or Vocational Degree<BR>Updated 08-27-2012                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                 </font></td>
