               <td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">•Job Responsibilities<BR> Must have a strong working knowledge of OFCCP compliance with EEO and AAP policy maintenance, tracking and reporting <BR>• Proactively address employee concerns and provide coaching to ensure management practices are consistent with RJ Lee Group’s culture and values<BR>• Ensure uniform application of Human Resources policies and practices <BR>• Administration of health and welfare benefits, including life and disability insurance, retirement savings and flexible spending plans<BR>• Effectively manage and maintain employee data through HRIS (ADP)   <BR>• Recruiting, hiring and separation administration <BR>• New hire orientation processes and training program implementation <BR>• Preparation and maintenance of personnel transactions and data <BR><BR>Qualifications and Requirements:<BR>• Bachelor’s degree in human resources management; PHR Certification a plus<BR>• Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality<BR>• Minimum 2-5 years in a human resources role <BR>• Solid experience with bargaining unit <BR>• Government experience strongly desired<BR>• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills; exceptional interpersonal skills <BR>• MS Office experience required; Experience with ADP preferred<BR>• Strong organizational and time-management skills <BR>• Ability to interface well with all company, client and vendor personnel in a highly professional manner <BR>• Experience with Solomon or MS Dynamics a plus</font></td>
