               <td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">Rehab Aide<BR>Requisition#: 2505<BR>Department: Physical Therapy<BR>Schedule: Per Diem<BR>FTE: <BR>Shift: Days<BR>Hours: Must be willing to work weekends/holidays (Requisition 2505)<BR>Salary: <BR>Job Details: <BR>* High School Diploma or GED<BR>* Basic Life Support (BLS)<BR>* Valid WA State Driver''s license (insured)<BR>* <BR>Provide assistance to insure efficient functioning of the Rehab Therapies department, to help therapist maximize patient care time and patient outcomes.<BR>ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES/COMPETENCIES:<BR>Prepare patients for therapy<BR>Assist therapists with patient care activities<BR>Maintain department supplies<BR>Maintain cleanliness of therapy areas and equipment<BR>Communicate with staff and public<BR>Facilitate front and back office activities and procedures<BR>Comply with attendance/timeliness requirements<BR>Demonstrate organizational and prioritization skills<BR>Participate in professional growth activities<BR>Demonstrate knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to the age and specific needs of the patients served.<BR>REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:<BR>High School Diploma or equivalent<BR>Current BLS (American Heart Association)<BR>WA State Drivers License with liability insurance to use personal vehicle and/or LHN Company vehicles for LHN business purposes.<BR>Ability to read, write and speak English fluently<BR>Ability to work with a culturally diverse population<BR>DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:<BR>Post high school training and/or education<BR>Previous work or volunteer experience in a hospital or clinical setting with experience in a rehabilitation setting or nursing.<BR>Bilingual and/or English-Spanish speaking abilities                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                              </font></td>
