IRG helps<BR>retailers establish their reputations as quality merchants by<BR>providing them a full range of project, merchandising, installation<BR>and assembly services.<BR>REMOTE MARKET<BR>SPECIALIST<BR>This position is<BR>responsible for providing in-store and in-home assembly of RTA<BR>Furniture and/or Bikes and Grills, merchandising services and<BR>installation services to various retail stores in the area.<BR>Primary Job<BR>Responsibilities:<BR>* <BR>Complete service<BR>calls for assigned retail stores when scheduled.<BR>* <BR>Understand and<BR>maintain product area plan-o-gram integrity.<BR>* <BR>Replace and<BR>maintain vendor POP as needed.<BR>* <BR>Ensure product<BR>area is clean and well maintained, according to retailer<BR>specifications.<BR>* <BR>Complete minor<BR>plan-o-gram changes, as required.<BR>* <BR>Maintain a<BR>positive working relationship with all store employees and customers.<BR>* <BR>After each Work<BR>Order, report all work performed using either Company provided device<BR>(netbook or laptop) or computer located within retailer and acquire<BR>retailer approval.<BR>* <BR>If needed, take<BR>digital pictures of product area and include pictures with report.<BR>* <BR>If using Company<BR>provided netbook or laptop, sync device at the beginning and end of<BR>each work day.<BR>Installation Job<BR>Responsibilities:<BR>The actual job<BR>responsibilities will vary for each project. The list below provides<BR>an outline of the typical duties for project work. Specific duties<BR>related to each project will be provided prior to the schedule<BR>date.<BR>Basic Position<BR>Responsibilities: (When working a project alone or as a member of a<BR>project team)<BR>* <BR>Review each<BR>project packet prior to arriving at the retail location to perform<BR>the work.<BR>* <BR>Participate in any<BR>project specific training prior to arriving at the retail location to<BR>perform the work.<BR>* <BR>Check in with<BR>store management upon arrival and discuss work to be performed.<BR>* <BR>Locate all<BR>materials needed to execute the project.<BR>* <BR>Complete specific<BR>project tasks as assigned.
