Please plan accordingly when you apply. </b><BR><BR>SANITATION LEAD, FULL-TIME POSITION(Y)<BR><BR><b>JOB DESCRIPTION</b><BR>Supervise and coordinate production and operation of sanitation workers in an industrial food processing plant. Motivate and coach sanitation employees to make sure they stay on task. Ensure the proper cleaning and sanitizing of industrial processing machinery is completed in a timely manner. <BR><BR><b>JOB REQUIREMENTS</b><BR>*High School Diploma or GED. <BR><BR>*1 year of supervisory experience.<BR><BR>*Bilingual in English and Spanish to communicate with staff including Spanish speaking staff at all levels.   <BR><BR>*Demonstrated ability in communication, planning and organizational skills. <BR><BR>*Knowledge of chemicals used in cleaning food.<BR><BR>*Knowledge of process machinery.<BR><BR>*Ability to lead a sanitation crew.<BR><BR>*Must be able to tolerate extreme temperature and a wet environment.<BR><BR><b>PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS</b><BR>*Vegetable IQF experience.<BR> <BR><b>HOURS/DAYS/SCHEDULE</b><BR>3-4 days a week, 12 hour shifts.<BR><BR><b>WAGE/BENEFITS</b><BR>$12.00/Hour plus benefits.<BR><BR><b>CLOSING DATE/DEADLINE</b><BR>The recruitment period will remain active until filled, expired or at the direction of the employer. <BR><BR><b>HOW TO APPLY</b><BR>Please contact your nearest WorkSource Office in person with this job order number for referral instructions.<BR><BR> Federal law requires employers to document that each new employee is authorized to work in the United States.
