               <td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">Shop foreman will need to see to the day to day needs of a large truck/trailer fleet, farm equipment and occasional maintenance on packaging facility. The foreman will also need to work with and effectively manage other shop personnel.<BR>Pay will depend on Qualifications<BR><BR>Knowledge / Skill Requirements<BR><BR>Ability to service and mainatain all aspects of modern truck and trailer fleet. (Bulk of fleet is post model year 2000)<BR>Experience with maintaining and repairing farm equipment.<BR>Fabrication experience is also preferred.<BR>Past shop management<BR>Bilingual (English/Spanish)<BR><BR>Responsiblities<BR><BR>Maintain service records and parts inventory<BR>Perform service and maintenance on truck/trailer fleet and Ag equipment<BR>Effectively manage and work with other shop personnel</font></td>
