Please plan accordingly when you apply. </b> <BR><BR>WAREHOUSE LEAD, FULL-TIME  POSITION(Y)<BR><BR> <b>JOB DESCRIPTION</b><BR>Supervise 5-8 warehouse employees on assigned shift.  Supervise product placement in warehouse, shipping orders, receiving orders and all required paperwork.  Actively work on training employees on all policies and procedures.  Participate in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals.  Communicate effectively any issues from assigned shift to Warehouse Manager.  Participate in employee discipline and corrective actions.<BR><BR><b>JOB REQUIREMENTS</b><BR>*High School Diploma or GED.<BR><BR>*2-4 years of supervisory experience required.<BR><BR>*2-4 years of warehousing experience required.<BR><BR>*Must be able to operate a forklift and have a forklift certification or the ability to pass certification.<BR><BR>*Must be able to obtain communication, planning and organizational skills.<BR><BR>*Must be able to identify and solve problems and make decisions.<BR><BR>*Must be able to work swing or graveyard shift, available nights and holidays and open availability during the week.<BR><BR><b>PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS</b><BR>*Some higher education preferred.<BR><BR><b>SALARY/WAGE/BENEFITS</b><BR>DOQ<BR><BR><b>HOURS/DAYS/SCHEDULE</b><BR>Swing and Graveyard<BR><BR><b>CLOSING DATE/DEADLINE</b><BR>Immediate Hiring Need.  Recruitment will continue until position is filled.<BR><BR><b>HOW TO APPLY</b><BR>Please contact your nearest WorkSource Office in person with this job order number for referral instructions.
