               <td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">KEY RESPONSIBILITIES <BR>Exempt position responsible for the maintenance activities of a Multi-Craft Mechanic (MCM) crew of four (4) to fifteen (15) within an assigned mill department.  The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for the safety as well as the effectiveness of the MCM crew.  In addition, this position tracks work performance and maintains accurate records.  Performance of periodic weekend and weekday maintenance call duty is required within six (6) months of hire. <BR><BR>MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS<BR>• Four years technical education;<BR>• Two (2) plus years experience supervising technically skilled employees;<BR>• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;<BR>• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications; and<BR>• Willing to lead and supervise in a challenging environment.<BR><BR>HOW TO APPLY<BR>Please provide a cover letter and resume that includes the position title and salary requirements.</font></td>
