<td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">Participate in and provide support to the Controller in all phases of public company reporting requirements. Coordinate/prepare schedules for external and internal auditors. Ensure that accurate and timely financial information is produced and all documents are timely filed. Understand filing deadlines and disclosure requirements as a public company and communicate effectively with management, directors and employees to assure compliance. Maintain confidentiality of all non-public information.<BR><BR> <BR>30% Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) Reporting— Coordinate and participate in the timely and accurate preparation and filing of all external financial reporting: quarterly and annual financial statements on 10-Q and 10-K, 8-K, proxy statements, annual reports, beneficial ownership reports and other SEC forms and filings as required. Work with Segment Reporting Managers to obtain information and provide explanations for Management Discussion & Analysis (MD&A). Review all documents for consistency, accuracy and completeness. Maintain confidentiality of all non-public financial and non-financial information.<BR><BR>20% Earnings Releases, Equity Compensation—Support the preparation of earnings releases and financial exhibits. Provide supporting reviews and tie-outs of all reports and script documents for accuracy and completeness. Report equity compensation for employees, Board of Directors and others, both internally and externally, in accordance with GAAP as well as all equity based transactions including treasury stock, employee stock ownership and purchase plans and 401(k). Prepare equity schedules and footnotes disclosures for SEC filings and GAAP financial reporting. <BR> <BR>15% Accounting Research and Implementation—Ensure compliance with all new and existing regulatory and GAAP reporting requirements and resolve key accounting issues impacting the company. Research and document the Company’s position on complex accounting matters. <BR>10% Management Reports & Other—Prepare monthly executive-level recaps. Assist with Technical Accounting and reporting projects, analyses and other projects as-needed.<BR><BR>10% Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) Compliance— Work closely with the Compliance specialist to assure all applicable guidelines for SOX compliance are being met. Assist with updating department flowcharts and other key control documentation as-needed. Provide SOX support for internal audit, as-needed.<BR> <BR>10% XBRL (eXtensible Business Reporting Language) Tagging & EDGAR (Electronic Data Gathering, Analysis, and Retrieval)—Implementation and ongoing review of XBRL tagging of the Company’s financial statements and related disclosures. EDGARize Company’s filings and assist with evaluating outsourced and in-house processing options. <BR>5% Meetings & Training—Maintain current knowledge of accounting and auditing issues, GAAP, SOX Compliance, XBRL, EDGAR, SEC Rules and Regulations, FDIC, DFI and other Regulatory Guidance. Understand industry issues and how they apply to First Federal. Attend internal training offered by First Federal where applicable as well as develop personal training objectives. Attend meetings and assist on committees as required and share knowledge and insights with others. <BR>Ongoing - Meetings—Attend meetings as necessary both within the department and without. Communication is key to developing positive working relationships throughout the organization. Provide feedback and offer solutions as appropriate. <BR><BR>Ensure compliance with Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) regulations and other federal and state regulations pertinent to this position. Complete annual BSA training in a timely manner in accordance with BSA regulations and internal policies and procedures. <BR><BR>Maintain regular and predictable attendance. <BR><BR>Perform related duties and responsibilities as required.</font></td>

KEY REQUIREMENTS:
Certified Public Accountant (Preferred) 24 Months
