               <td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">Job Summary<BR><BR><BR>Interact with and assist customers, donors and others with merchandise selection, suggestion selling and cashiering in a courteous and professional manner.<BR><BR><BR>Essential Functions<BR><BR><BR>Proactively acknowledge, greet and help customers in any area of the store.<BR><BR><BR>Assist customers/donors in a timely and courteous manner by answering questions or directing them to a supervisor.<BR><BR><BR>Handle cash, checks, and credit card transactions, closing out cash drawer and balancing all POS transactions.<BR><BR><BR>Able to communicate through standard telephone and wireless audio systems.<BR><BR><BR>Merchandise, restock and provide general floor maintenance where needed.<BR><BR><BR>Maintain clean and safe work environment.<BR><BR><BR>Support team members, assist supervisors and leads when necessary.<BR><BR><BR>Build and maintain internal and external customer satisfaction.<BR><BR><BR>Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.<BR><BR><BR>Minimum Job Requirements<BR><BR><BR>Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred.<BR><BR><BR>Experience: None<BR><BR><BR><BR>Specific Skills/Knowledge/Licenses: None<BR><BR><BR><BR>Essential Physical Abilities:<BR><BR><BR>Lifting and carrying 30 40 pounds; Developed fine motor control (grasp, handle, manipulate objects with fingers;<BR><BR><BR>Standing for long periods of time; frequent bending, kneeling, reaching, stooping, squatting, pushing; climbing ladders;<BR><BR><BR>Able to travel across a variety of surfaces (stairs, ramps, uneven terrain)<BR><BR><BR>Essential Mental/Sensory Abilities:<BR><BR><BR>Organizing, sorting, categorizing, counting, adding, subtracting,<BR><BR><BR>Interpreting data<BR><BR><BR>Problem Solving<BR><BR><BR>Communicating with the public, clear verbal and written.<BR><BR><BR>Create written communication.<BR><BR><BR><BR>Completing written orders<BR><BR><BR><BR>Working Conditions:<BR><BR><BR><BR>Retail store environment, temperature varies, loud noises, occasional crowds<BR><BR><BR><BR><BR>For more information, or to apply now, you must go to the website below.
