               <td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">REQUIREMENTS:  * Bachelor's Degree in related fields to commercial nuclear power  * Minimum of 20 years progressively responsible experience in commercial aspects of vendor support to nuclear industry projects with high degrees of complexity and multiple interfaces; the ideal candidate should possess existing relationships up to at least the CNO position level within assigned market regions such that access to these key decision makers can be easily obtained  * Strong skills with information gathering to obtain a clear understanding of customer needs such that they can be incorporated into how the company's products and services are presented to a given client  * Eligibility to work under Department of Energy 10 CFR Part 810  * In-depth understanding of nuclear commercial concepts, strategies, competitive landscape, principles, and theories  * Proven track record of managing staff from multiple disciplines and coordinating interfaces to provide commercial and strategic solutions in a timely manner  * Strong technical writing skills  * Good communication, computer, presentation and interpersonal skills  * Exceptional organization skills   * Skills to manage complex projects with multiple work phases  * Demonstrated understanding and implementation of quality assurance regulations, standards and guidelines of 10 CFR 50 Appendix B, 10 CFR 21, and NQA-1    JOB DUTIES:  * Sell the company's product and services offerings into an assigned market territory  * Ensure that all prospective users of the technology receive the appropriate attention of the company, including presentations, proposals, and other support necessary for them to thoroughly evaluate our capabilities and ultimately enter into contractual relationships whereby the company is selected to provide SMR's to the assigned customer base  * Support various market research efforts to gather data from assigned customers, analyze appropriate trends and provide assessments and forecasts of potential market environmental situations pertaining to the company's business interests; these analyses will be used to inform strategic decisions regarding deployment of company resources in pursuit of prospective commercial customer relationships  * Provide detailed written and verbal reporting of customer-specific situations and needs such that management can incorporate details into strategic planning  * Lead matrix teams from within the organization for the long-gestation period sales cycle, effectively serving as the leader of team-selling efforts  * Develop and implement targeted sales strategies and capture plans in order to secure profitable orders for the company  * Establish multiple steps of customer commitments, leading to the ultimate commitment for the purchase of a company nuclear power plant  * Represent the company to all levels of customer organization in a responsive and professional fashion to differentiate the company from competitors and other alternatives for baseload generation additions    LOCATION: Portland 97224                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                          </font></td>
