               <td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">REQUIREMENTS:  * Associate's Degree  * Valid Class C Driver License to drive a company-owned vehicle for work related duties  * Minimum 3 years experience as a sales representative  * Understanding of the machining process and other technical / mechanical equipment along with an understanding of metals, metallurgy, and cutting tools  * Mechanically inclined   * Skills to operate / adjust machines   * Technical knowledge of metal cutting tools  * Proficient in the use of all Microsoft Office products including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point software.  * Organizational, customer service and presentation skills   * Position requires willingness to travel (overnight) up to 50% of the time    PREFERRED:  * Degree in machining or other technical / mechanical equipment   * Technical training in metals, metallurgy, cutting tools   * Experience working as a machine operator, or experience in the sawing industry   * Proven track record in outside sales     JOB DUTIES:  * Travel to customer locations and to meet with customers, distributors and / or end users  * Work with industrial distributors, manufacturing reps and agencies and / or direct sales to identify and evaluate production end users and stimulate additional product demand with current accounts and develop new customer accounts  * Work with other company support to help 'close the sale', and grow the territory     EMPLOYER COMMENTS:  "We are a leading global developer, manufacturer and marketer of tool and equipment solutions for professional tool users.
