Validate and process client requested refunds applying Greater Giving refund policies.<BR>? Updates customer records in various customer databases.<BR>? Maintain accurate accounts recievable subledger.<BR>? Monitor accounts receivable subledger for accounts approaching due date and for delinquent accounts.<BR>? Ensure Greater Giving accounts receivble policies are followed.<BR>? Assist in determining accounts recivable policies.<BR>? Contact customers with recievable balances nearing due dates.<BR>? Recommend customer accounts to debit for colelction of fees. Submit these recommendations to Senior Billing Specialist for action.<BR>? Prepare accounts receivable write off lists for review by Director of Finance.<BR>? Create accounts receivable write off return documents in Great Plains for review and posting by Director of Finance.<BR>? Process customer cancelations and non-renew requests for certain customers where Client Service department does not engage regarding retention.<BR>? Prepares comprehensive and accurate documentation of transactions and adjustments.<BR>? Maintains files in a timely and complete manner; and ensures that all documentation is filed appropriately and is accessible, as required.<BR>? Creates manual custom invoices as needed.<BR>? Responsible for security of merchant and credit card information.<BR>? Processes donor refunds and miscellaneous cardholder charges.<BR>? Assists in the monthly close process on as needed basis.<BR>? Accepts new responsibilities as the accounting department grows, including cross-training for other accounting department positions.<BR><BR>Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: ? High school diploma or GED required<BR>?
