In support of that effort, we are assembling a best-of-the-best, all-star SAP development team to help execute on that strategy. We are seeking an outstanding SR SAP Developer with AFS experience to provide ingenious solutions, game-changing creativity, expert know-how and respectful mentoring. You must be skilled in SAP AFS Development techniques, but must also have a strong understanding of business processes and how they are supported with SAP solutions.<BR><BR>Essential Functions/Responsibilities:<BR>* Functions as SAP developer on short-duration enhancement projects and long-term implementation projects, sometimes simultaneously.<BR>* Works with architects, functional owners and other IT shared services to design and develop systems that help meet new demands of a rapidly growing international business<BR>* Collaborate extensively with business partners, contributing to a very flexible and agile process and product realization environment<BR>* Address business opportunities through the best combination of SAP applications and other software production and development techniques<BR>* Help project team with analyzing system development opportunities by gathering data, reviewing company operations, evaluating alternative methods and preparing time estimates according to project guidelines<BR>* Provides mentorship and guidance to other development team members<BR>* Has expert understanding of enterprise level SDLC practices<BR><BR>Secondary Functions:<BR>* Effectively interact with all IT staff members, including programming staff, data center operations, system users, business leaders and managers<BR>* Demonstrate performance to maintain or surpass skill level requirements reflected in the role/skill matrix for this position<BR>* Contribute and help evolve working standards, internal professional development, support communities and wiki sites in your area of expertise<BR>Perform other duties as assigned.<BR><BR>Job Scope:<BR>Job consists of recurring work situations with occasional variations from the norm.
