<td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">Account Manager/Photo Project Manager<BR>Tracking Code<BR>10085<BR>Job Description<BR><BR>Position Summary:<BR>In this position, you will serve as a direct liaison between the client and the studio to ensure timely and accurate production of the client’s weekly circular. You will coordinate all phases of the photography process through effective communications between the client, the Photo Studio and the Studio Manager.<BR>Responsibilities:<BR>* With supervision as appropriate, function as a contact/intermediary between clients, photography studio and Studio Manager<BR>* Act as Studio Manager’s backup when required.<BR>* Translate job requirements into studio needs including freelance requirements.<BR>* Recruit freelance talent and negotiate rates with the supervision of the Studio Manager.<BR>* Assist in identification, communicate and solve issues.<BR>* Actively seek opportunities to increase knowledge of photography capabilities and procedures and share knowledge or mentor other studio team members.<BR>* Assist in monthly billing, administering petty cash, vendor selection.<BR>* Model the behavioral expectations of Business Culture Leadership.<BR>* Perform related duties, special projects and/or other functions (including assisting in other departments) as required while meeting deadline requirements and cost targets.<BR>* Escalate any issues to the Studio Manager for immediate review and resolution.<BR>Required Skills<BR><BR>Qualifications:<BR>* High School Diploma required, University Degree preferred.<BR>* Excels in customer service and client satisfaction.<BR>* Strong general understanding of premedia workflows and processes.<BR>* Understanding of photo studio environment for retail client service an asset<BR>* Solid interpersonal skills and written and oral communication skills.<BR>* Self-directing, makes critical decisions and works with minimum supervision.<BR>* Demonstrated technical aptitude, basic math skills, analytical/problem solving skills and computer proficiency.<BR>* Flexibility needed for working overtime.<BR>Required Experience<BR><BR>Job Location<BR>Portland, OR, US.<BR>Position Type<BR>Full-Time/Regular </font></td>
