THIS IS NOT AN OHSU POSITION. PLEASE DO NOT APPLY HERE ONLINE.<BR> <BR>Functions/Duties of Position <BR> <BR> This positions duties may include: ? Reviewing and processing accounts payable vouchers and batches, including verification of vendor information. ? Entering payment information into accounts payable systems and distributing payments.? Reconciling expense reports, reimbursement requests and credit card statements. Communicating with customers to verify information, collecting supporting documents and validating requests.? Updating and maintaining 1099 vendor list in order to track dollars paid to 1099 vendors per year and assisting with annual filing of forms and reports.? Develop and maintain reporting structure for distribution of Epic based collections to various OHSU FPP and OHSU departments. ? Coordinate with UMG, FPP and OHSU employees to determine and update Epic general ledger account mappings.? Filing, storing and retrieving vendor documentation, payment backup copies, reports and monthly activity summaries. ? Verifying and maintaining vendor information in order to streamline payment process. ? Assisting Manager with resolution of accounts payable issues as needed.? Providing backup support to staff in department as needed to meet goals and objectives.? Supporting annual audits and projects based on departmental needs.<BR> <BR>Job Requirements <BR> <BR> Associates degree in accounting or business, or equivalent of two (2) years experience. We're looking for someone with: <BR><BR>? Clear communication, both written and verbal, is required.<BR><BR>? Accurate data entry, multi-tasking and organizational skills are required. <BR><BR>? Able to use reason and logic to independently solve problems as needed. <BR><BR>? Proficiency with standard office equipment and software such as computers, Microsoft Office Suite, 10-key, and multi-line telephone is necessary. Some experience with financial software, such as Oracle or Solomon, is necessary.<BR><BR>?
