               <td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">Active Directory & Exchange Systems Administrator/Engineer<BR>Tracking Code<BR>BITS-ACEIT-127A<BR>Job Description<BR><BR>Bowhead is seeking an Active Directory & Exchange Systems Administrator/Engineer to be a part of a diverse team that manages a large scale Microsoft Active Directory and Exchange environment.&#160; The computing environment supports approximately 40,000+ users worldwide.&#160; The infrastructure consists of more than 300 Active Directory Domain Controllers, over 100 Exchange servers, running many of the latest technologies from vendors such as Microsoft, NetApp, VMware, Cisco, and more.&#160; Duties will include:<BR>* Configuring, maintaining, upgrading, supporting, and managing the below technologies in both&#160; unclassified and classified computing environments:<BR>* Cisco Ironport Email Gateways.<BR>* Symantec Enterprise Vault.<BR>* Exchange 2010 Environment co-existing with legacy Exchange 2003.<BR>* System Center Operations Manager.<BR>* Microsoft Cluster Services.<BR>* Multi-domain and multi-forest Active Directory / Directory Services.<BR>* Group Policy.<BR>* PKI and supporting technologies.<BR>* Smart Card Authentication.<BR>* DNS.<BR>* DHCP.<BR>* Other duties as assigned.<BR>Required Skills<BR><BR>* Excellent communication skills, strong analytical and problem solving skills, and ability to manage a diverse workload.<BR>* Detailed knowledge of Active Directory, Exchange, and Windows Server.<BR>* Knowledge of PowerShell and ability to automate tasks using scripting technologies.<BR>* Experience with deploying, maintaining, and troubleshooting Microsoft Exchange and&#160;&#160; Active Directory environments.<BR>* Security certification such as CompTIA Security+ or the ability to obtain certification within 3 week of hire.<BR>Desired Skills<BR>* Computing environment certification such as MCP, CCNA, Network+, etc.<BR>* Significant experience with the below technologies:<BR>* System Center Operations Manager (SCOM).<BR>* Cisco IronPort.<BR>* VMWare.<BR>* Storage area networks and technologies such as (NFS, iSCSI, NetApp, EMC, etc).<BR>* PKI/smartcard authentication and infrastructure.<BR>* Symantec Enterprise Vault.<BR>* Active clearance at the secret level.<BR>* Project Management Experience.<BR>* Experience working in a large DoD environment.<BR>SECURITY CLEARANCE:Must be able to obtain a clearance at the SECRET level.<BR>Required Experience<BR><BR>Bachelor&#8217;s degree and 5 Years of experience in Exchange Server or Active Directory administration, or an equivalent combination of education an experience.<BR>&#160;<BR>Candidates must pass a Non-DOT pre-employment drug screening, and must follow all Non-DOT Drug and Alcohol Testing Program Requirements.<BR>All post-secondary education listed on a Candidate&#8217;s application and resume must be verifiable, including but not limited to dates of attendance and degree/diploma awarded.
