<td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">Title: Additive Manufacturing Team Lead<BR>Location: OR-Portland<BR>Job Number:_00065091<BR>As our Additive Manufacturing Team Lead you will lead and direct new manufacturing technologies in support of the Nike Inc. Manufacturing vision and strategy over the next 5-10 years. This position will partner with our Sustainable Business & Innovation team to identify best practices for potential partnerships (e.g. universities, manufacturing companies, professional services organizations.) You will coordinate and work with contract manufacturing partners on the build out and retrofitting of manufacturing sites that incorporate new technologies and materials developed for footwear creation. This position will help create the future by identifying strategic opportunities, setting direction and three year rolling operating plans for specific technologies (Additive Mfg) in support of long term goals.<BR>You will lead and track progress against new technologies in alignment with business goals and deliverables. You will be a visible spokesperson for the technology both inside and outside of the organization. Lead and develop a team of technical & operational experts in pursuit of bringing new technology to life in product or manufacturing. Foster teamwork and develop relationships throughout the organization. Socialize strategy and operating plans with key stakeholders at Nike, contract manufacturers and external partners.<BR><BR>Qualifications:<BR><BR>Requirements for the position include:<BR><BR>Bachelors' degree in business, engineering or related field and a minimum of 10 years manufacturing and operational experience.<BR>Knowledge of and experience with additive manufacturing<BR>Must have the ability to create a culture of trust, transparency and collaboration<BR>Must have the ability & willingness to build effective relationships across numerous stakeholder groups throughout the Nike matrix. <BR>Project or program management experience required<BR>Experience identifying & networking with vendors required<BR>Experience with laser sintering preferred<BR>Experience creating a compelling business case, negotiating contracts and presenting to leadership required<BR>Working knowledge of current manufacturing technologies and practices, supply chain and general operations required<BR>Ability to provide leadership to both direct and indirect reports, and influence key stakeholders throughout the organization<BR>Strong communication and influencing skills with the ability to take complex information and create a clear compelling story<BR><BR>Job: Manufacturing & Engineering </font></td>
