               <td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">Administrative Director, Perioperative Services<BR>Department: Perioperative Services (7420)<BR>Salary: Compensation Commensurate with Experience<BR>Schedule: Full-time<BR>Hours: <BR>Job Details: - Current Oregon RN license prior to hire<BR>- 5 years experience required<BR><BR>Summary of Duties:<BR>Directs the overall operations of the perioperative services for Adventist Medical Center (operating room, day surgery, short stay, GI procedures, PACU, sterile processing and pre-surgery orientation). Oversite includes strategic planning, program development, financial management, operational and clinical performance, and staff recruitment/retention and development. Candidate must be committed to performance excellence and service consistent with the mission and values of Adventist Medical Center.<BR>Hiring Competencies: <BR>Education:BSN or appropriate BS or BA degree required. Masters preparation in nursing, health science, business or hospital administration preferred. License:current licensure as a registered nurse by the Oregon State Board of Nursing required. Experience: Minimum 5 years experience in leadership of perioperative services required; director-level experience preferred. Skills/Attributes: The preferred candidate will be a proven leader who is visionary, able to motivate others, capable in the area of planning and goal setting, and competent in managing a comprehensive clinical service in a competitive and changing environment.
