<td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;"><b>ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:</b> <BR>* Switchboard operator for the company<BR>* Assists Consumer Affairs (respond consumer claim and feedback)<BR>* Assists to generate various reports for Sales and Marketing Dept.<BR>* Process sales expenses and prepare expense/promotion reports <BR>* Track sales progress<BR>* Troubleshoot minor technical problems<BR>* Maintain department database and records<BR>* Serve as a liaison between traveling sales representatives and staff based in the home office<BR>* Other miscellaneous administrative support<BR><BR><b>EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:</b> <BR>High School Graduate. Associates or Bachelors degree preferred. One to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience<BR><BR><b>OTHER REQUIREMENTS:</b><BR>* Good phone ettique.<BR>* Able to work with tight deadlines and multitask.<BR>* Must have knowledge of Japanese food and ingredients.<BR>* Knowledge of Japanese language and culture highly desired.<BR>* Must be able to work hours and days as requested by supervisor.<BR><BR>This is a regular full-time position and with attractive benefits including employee fully paid medical & dental insurance, 15 days paid time off, 401(k) retirement plan and many others.
