<td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">Administrator on Duty<BR> <BR>Department Director of Shift Operations<BR> <BR>Location OHS 116<BR> <BR>Work Unit Description <BR> <BR> Administrator on Duty / Shift Operations, OHS 9C<BR> <BR>Work Schedule, Hours, FTE, Salary Range <BR> <BR> Part-time (0.75 FTE); 12-hour shifts days and nights plus meetings as required: Salary Range: $57,750 - $86,250 annually; This position is located on Marquam hill campus.<BR> <BR>Functions/Duties of Position <BR> <BR> Responsible for daily administrative coordination of patient care and other hospital activities in conjunction with Nursing and Hospital Administration. Responsible for administrative activities during off shifts/weekends/and holidays with appropriate Administrative On-Call back up. Represents OHSU Hospital and Clinics to the community and public. This position will perform within the requirements for Staff Members as outlined in Compliance Roles and Responsibilities in OHSU Hospital and Clinics and comply with the OHSU Code of Conduct.<BR> <BR>Job Requirements <BR> <BR> Required: BSN. Current, unencumbered State of Oregon Nursing License & BLS certification issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross. Five (5) years clinical or management experience. Knowledge of Regulatory/Agency Requirements. Strong communication skills, teamwork (demonstrated ability to build team and integrate existing teams), and experience in complex organizational environments. Strong knowledge of current union contracts, Hospital and University policies, human resource policies, Code of Conduct, infection control and OHSA regulations. Ability to remain focused while performing multiple tasks and assignments.<BR> <BR>Additional Details <BR> <BR> This position rounds throughout the entire hospital and hospital clinical areas throughout work shift.
