While at the same time, we take responsibility to guide our customers to plan for future products and technology that will position them as industry leaders.<BR><BR><BR><BR>Job Description<BR>To develop new and support existing products into the Heavy Duty Trucking Industry, OEM and Aftermarket.<BR><BR>Essential Duties and Responsibilities:<BR><BR>General understanding of Telematic Systems.<BR>General understanding a Multiband antenna systems (AM/FM/WB/CB) as well as Thin Film technologies.<BR>Manage and coordinate product oriented activities between the OEM account assigned and Pana-Pacific engineering department to design, manufacture, integrate and test components, products, and systems.<BR>Maintain and ensure accuracy of Bills of Materials.<BR>Coordinate engineering changes with all affected parties.<BR>Produce prototypes for evaluation purposes<BR>Assist with Warranty and Quality evaluations.<BR>Coordinate deviation requests and approvals with OEM customers.<BR>Develop and document systems and system components.<BR>Provide technical support as required.<BR>Assist with Production assembly instructions.<BR>Create and process product-pricing worksheets for quoting purposes.<BR>Coordinate communications of engineering specifications with suppliers.<BR>Compile requested quote package documentation for Pana-Pacific OEM Sale Manager.<BR>Maintain RFQ log for assigned OEM customers.<BR>Follow ISO/ TS and all other applicable procedures and company policies.<BR>Travel to OEM customer facilities to interface with all disciplines and to present new concepts.<BR>Perform other duties as required / needed.<BR><BR>Qualifications<BR>Bachelor-?s degree in Electrical engineering or Mechanical engineering, or 4 years of experience and training.<BR>Experience with Catia<BR>Strong team member.<BR>Four years of experience in various engineering areas with progressive responsibility.<BR>Experience working with ECN-?s, BOM-?s, and project management tools.<BR>Project management experience.<BR>Excellent written and verbal communications skills are required.<BR>Proficient in MS Excel, Word, Access and Project.<BR>Knowledge of ISO/TS requirements.<BR>Strong business ethics and understanding.<BR><BR>Physical Demands:<BR><BR>Must be mobile and able to lift product from ground floor level to work station.<BR>Lift up to 50 lbs.<BR>Visual acuity - Near acuity and accommodation required for reading documents, prints, drawings, dials, meters, displays </font></td>
