Here is what it takes to make the cut: a commitment to continuous learning and quality, a focus on the customer, flexibility and good relationships with others.<BR>SPECIFIC JOB DUTIES WILL INCLUDE:<BR>* Unload trucks, trailers, and containers of freight. Count products and compare to manifest to ensure accuracy of incomming shipments.<BR>* Transport orders to shipping locations or delivery platforms utilizing appropriate material handling equipment.<BR>* Compare quantity, labeling, and address with order to ensure out-going shipments are complete and correct.<BR>* Keep accurate records and reports related to inventory.<BR>* Repack or re-box cases per customer instructions. Repair and consolidate damaged goods as required.<BR>EDUCATION:<BR>* High School Diploma or equivalent highly preferred.<BR>EXPERIENCE:<BR>*  Minimum six months material handling experience in a very similar manufacturing / distribution environment. <BR>* Minimum six months experience utilizing SAP or other ERP system.<BR>* Minimum six months experience operating stand-up reach trucks.<BR>* Minimum six months experience operating cherry pickers.<BR>* Minimum six months experience operating sit-down gas powered forklifts.<BR>* Minimum six months experience operating RF scanning guns.<BR>SKILLS AND ABILITIES:<BR>* Demonstrated ability to use computers and computer systems to enter data or process information.<BR>* Knowledge and demonstrated experience in the assembly of packages. <BR>* Knowledge of the overall warehousing methods, procedures, and techniques as well as documentation requirements<BR>* Knowledge of transportation, security, environmental laws, and regulations in daily warehouse duties.<BR>* Ability to consistently lift 50 to 70 pounds repeatedly<BR>* Ability lift up to 75 pounds.<BR>HOURS:<BR>* Must be available for the following shift:<BR>* First (7:00AM &ndash; 3:30PM)<BR>EXCELLENT BENEFIT PACKAGE:<BR>* Excellent 401(k) plan with company match<BR>* Medical, dental and life insurance<BR>* Short and long term disability insurance<BR>* Paid vacation and holidays<BR>* Educational Aid reimbursement program<BR>* Opportunities for career advancement and personal growth<BR>* Credit Union<BR>* Employee Assistance Program<BR>ABOUT BLOUNT INTERNATIONAL, INC.:<BR>Blount International is a leading manufacturer of equipment, accessories and replacement parts for the global forestry, garden and construction industries.
