We seek an extraordinary individual to fill a research faculty position and to build an outstanding research program in the field of occupational health and circadian rhythms, with particular relevance to improving the safety and/or reducing the adverse health effects of shift work.One position is available at the Assistant, Associate, or Senior Scientist level.<BR> <BR>Work Schedule, Hours, FTE, Salary Range <BR> <BR> 1.0 FTE; Salary commensurate with experience.<BR> <BR>Functions/Duties of Position <BR> <BR> <BR>The research interests of eligible candidates may span basic science in animal models of shift work to occupational intervention studies in the workforce. Integration of basic and translational sciences is encouraged, including multi-disciplinary collaborations across the OHSU campus and/or workforce populations.<BR>The position will be at OHSU within the Center for Research on Occupational and Environmental Toxicology (CROET), whose mission is to promote health and prevent disease and disability among working Oregonians and their families.
