Coordinates the identification of medication use system improvements based on identified risks and recommendations from internal and external sources. Works with pharmacy, nursing, and physician champions to implement medication use system improvements. Ensures practice standards, compliance, and accreditation standards and applicable laws and regulations.<BR> <BR>Job Requirements <BR> <BR> Required: PharmD or MS or equivalent experience; Pharmacy Practice Residency or equivalent experience; Contemporary medication use system and pharmacy practice. Supervisory experience. Oregon Pharmacist License.
