This Assistant Director is also responsible for strategic planning, unit development and overall accountability for the Knight clinical trials organization, compliance with all applicable regulations and for ensuring proper subject protections are in place, and training and development of staff.<BR> <BR>Job Requirements <BR> <BR> <BR>Required Qualifications:<BR>* Bachelor?s degree in a health related field (eg, nursing, pharmacy, physical therapy)<BR>* 7 years clinical research experience<BR>* 5 years personnel management experience<BR>* Excellent communication and people skills;<BR>* Self starter, with the ability to work independently but cooperatively in an intensely multi-task driven environment;<BR>* Critical thinking (ability to triage issues into level of criticality);<BR>* Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs<BR>Preferred Qualifications:<BR>* Master?s degree;<BR>* BS in nursing;<BR>* Oncology clinical research experience;<BR>* Registered Nurse<BR> <BR>Additional Details <BR> <BR> <BR> <BR>How To Apply <BR> <BR> Apply here online.
