               <td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">Assistant Maintenance Manager<BR><BR>ID: 1261<BR>Location: Portland, ME<BR>Category: Professional, Managerial, Administrative<BR><BR><BR><BR>Back to Search Results<BR><BR><BR><BR><BR>Description<BR><BR>RESPONSIBILITIES<BR><BR>&middot;    Assist in directing and managing routine cleaning, maintenance & repair, including, power washing, slurring, striping, sweeping, commercial painting.<BR>&middot;    Assist in the management of the day-to-day activities of assigned projects including supervising day/evening maintenance crew ensuring completion of all daily, weekly, monthly and annual maintenance and cleaning projects.<BR>&middot;    Assist with management duties including: scheduling, monitoring and checking of timecards.<BR>&middot;    Supervise the completion of all ongoing and future projects.<BR>&middot;    Monitor and implement effective safety procedures. <BR>&middot;    Report any known accidents, safety hazards or unusual occurrences observed or suspected violations of Company policy to the General Manager, Maintenance Services<BR>&middot;    Assist with cleanup of debris, water, oil spills and etc.<BR>&middot;    Conduct regular facility and equipment inspections to ensure all are in good maintenance conditions.<BR>&middot;    Ensure compliance with environmental standards and corporate governance.<BR>&middot;    Lead programs to improve client and customer satisfaction.<BR>&middot;    Perform other necessary functions as assigned.<BR><BR><BR>MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS<BR><BR>Qualification Requirements:To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
