<td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">Assistant Professor<BR> <BR>Department Psychiatry, Division of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry<BR> <BR>Location Marquam Hill Campus<BR> <BR>Work Unit Description <BR> <BR> <BR> <BR>Work Schedule, Hours, FTE, Salary Range <BR> <BR> 1.0 FTE; Salary Range: $150,000 - $180,000/year; Location: Marquam Hill<BR> <BR>Functions/Duties of Position <BR> <BR> The appointee shall provide services as assigned by the supervisor in furtherance of the university's missions and goals of teaching, research, patient care, outreach and public service. As a member of the Department of Psychiatry, Division of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry you will be responsible for duties in four areas. Clinical; clinical schedule will be assigned by the Division Director and will include work as a specialist within the Department; after hours call rotation, as assigned, with other faculty on nights, weekends, and holidays, including coverage of the consult service; on and off campus clinical and administrative responsibilities, this portion will include 20-25 hours of consultation to the ChristieCare Program and 15-20 hours of work in the academic setting. The appointee will have 4 hours of time weekly for pursuit of academic interests including teaching and/or research. Education; OHSU is a teaching facility and the appointee will be expected to teach medical students and residents in the clinical setting as well as through assigned lectures to be given during the course of the year. The appointee will receive teaching assignments from the Director of Education. Research; there are resources available for start-up research and on-going support. Faculty interested in doing research may apply for departmental research assistance and non-clinical time through the Director of Research. Administration; administrative and other duties may be assigned based on department needs and areas of expertise and interest.
