               <td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">Title: Associate, Account Mgr I<BR>Location: United States-Oregon-Portland Area<BR>Other Locations:The Account Management Team is responsible for building and maintaining deep partnerships with Yahoo!?s highest value clients, major brands and large businesses that spend from $300,000 annually on advertising with Yahoo! Yahoo! is looking for an Associate Account Manager to join the team and play a key role in supporting our Sales force by managing the day-to-day processes involved in launching, maintaining and optimizing advertising campaigns.<BR><BR>Responsibilities include:<BR><BR>? Working directly with Account Managers, Account Executives and clients directly to provide support with client needs.<BR>? Key client contact on billing related issues (Insertion Orders, Invoicing, etc)<BR>? Running reports on advertiser performance<BR>? Delegating tasks to internal operations teams and overseeing process through to completion<BR>? Deliver ad specs to clients and providing screenshots of live placements as requested<BR>? Processing and responding to RFP?s for designated Sales Personnel<BR>? Utilizing Y! proprietary tools/systems for creating proposals<BR>? Obtaining research and case studies for sales presentations when needed<BR>? Communicating with vendors regarding upcoming campaigns<BR>? Supporting team in day-to-day tasks and special ad hoc projects<BR>? Providing coverage for Account Managers while out of the office<BR><BR>Minimum Job Qualifications:<BR><BR>? BS/BA or equivalent experience<BR>? Passion for marketing and the Internet<BR>? Professional demeanor<BR>? Strong customer focus<BR>? Strong attention to detail and organizational skills<BR>? Strong analytical skills<BR>? Ability to multitask and prioritize across short term and long term goals<BR>? Excellent written and oral communication skills<BR><BR>Preferable Job Qualifications:<BR><BR>? 1-2 years Client Services or related experience<BR>? Exceptional computer skills including advanced knowledge of spreadsheets (MS Excel), word processing (MS Word), and CRM systems<BR>? Creative thinker with the ability to identify and solve problems<BR>? Ability to function equally well independently and as part of a team<BR>? Ability to adapt to a changing environment quickly and easily<BR>? Ability to work well independently and under pressure, as well as be highly responsive to clients<BR>? Proven ability to balance the need of the customer while maintaining corporate objectives<BR>?
