<td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">Title: Benefits Program Administrator<BR>Location: OR-Portland<BR>Other Locations: OR-Beaverton<BR>Job Number:_00083195<BR>As our Benefits Program Administrator, you'll provide technical and analytical expertise in the areas of benefits, payroll and systems. You'll track data, analyze trends and undertake activities leading to the continual reengineering of the work processes being administered. You'll be responsible for administering high profile Nike Health and Welfare Benefits programs. You'll also be responsible for driving and monitoring performance of vendors including plan compliance, meeting Service Level Commitments and agreed upon deliverables. You'll participate independently in projects as a functional expert and take the lead on major projects (i.e., Projects may involve a team of professionals and/or managers representing a cross section of HR functions). Projects typically impact multiple systems and processes. You'll continually seek ways to ensure productivity within the team, that Customer Service is enhanced, and that processes are current to business needs. In addition, you'll provide functional expertise and leadership to HR Advisors in benefits administration.<BR><BR>Qualifications:<BR><BR>Requirements for the position include:<BR>* Bachelor's degree in Business, HR or related field<BR>* Minimum of 3 years' experience in benefits administration or related discipline<BR>* 2 years' additional experience in lieu of a degree<BR>* Project management experience<BR>* Understanding of HR principles and policies<BR>* Experience working on self-insured benefit plans, Global Health, Welfare and Retirement plans<BR>* Ability to independently manage outside vendors in a cost effective and assertive manner<BR>* Strong analytical, problem solving and conceptual skills, including experience with Microsoft Excel<BR>* Excellent verbal and written communication skills<BR>* Projects may require occasional work on nights and weekends<BR>* Willingness to travel up to 10%<BR>* SAP and PeopleSoft experience is preferred<BR><BR>Job: Human Resources </font></td>
