<td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">REQUIREMENTS * A high school diploma or GED * At least one year of experience in facilities management and maintenance and knowledge of building systems * OR* At least 3 years of recent work experience in a job related field * Basic office skills and working knowledge of MS Outlook, MS Excel, and MS Word and database software * Quick and accurate typing, minimum of 50 WPM *Public Speaking experience * Three professional references supporting their abilities in these areas * A valid driver's license and an insurable driving record that meets employer's standards PREFERRED: * BOMA education in facilities management and maintenance * Experience with web based software, custom database software, and electronic filing JOB DUTIES: * Work in the Service Division of a property management company * Perform system checks * Coordinate with vendors for work required at multiple buildings * Maintain records * Schedule service * Monitor contracts * Write and render reports, which requires the ability to speak in front of a group * Demonstrate good communication skills and excellent customer service knack * Work in a fast paced environment, multi-task and meet deadlines * Demonstrate excellent organizational and time management skills * Drive a company car </font></td>
