The CSD will transport the customer to the rental location at time of arrival and transport the customer to the airline terminal at rental conclusion.<BR><BR>The key responsibilitiesandaccountabilities for the incumbent are to: <BR><BR><BR>Customer Shuttle Driver(CSD) will greet the customer and transport to either rental lot or airline terminal. The CSD will assist the Customer Sales Agent(CSA) to obtain general rental information to include status of rental pass. The CSD will be directly involved in promoting and selling products to customers in the absence of a CSA.<BR>Mandatory Requirements:<BR><BR>* Greet customer using appropriate warm welcome<BR>* Assess customer&rsquo;s rental needs to include their destination, number in travelling party and amount of luggage.<BR>* Operate the shuttle vehicle in a safe manner.<BR>* Enlighten customers of optional service offerings and utilize sales techniques to persuade customers to purchase.<BR>* Update rental reservation for any selecting change services or products prior to operating shuttle vehicle.<BR>* At return, solicit feedback from customers and future rentals.<BR>Educational Background: <BR>High School Diploma or equivalent<BR><BR>Professional Experience: <BR>Prior experience in operating shuttle vehicles and proactive customer facing positions that include sale of goods & services.<BR><BR>Knowledge:<BR>* Operating commercial vehicles and transporting passengers<BR>* Sales acumen<BR>* Ability to develop rapport with customers<BR>* Effective presentation techniques<BR><BR>Skills:<BR>* Transportation requirements<BR>* Sales<BR>* Computer<BR>* Interpersonal communication<BR><BR>Competencies:<BR>* Effective Communication<BR>* Drives Collaboration<BR>* Demonstrates Initiative<BR>* Process Excellence<BR>* Passion for Customer Service<BR>* Agility & Adaptability<BR>* Trust & Integrity<BR>* Drives Execution<BR>* Uses Insightful Judgement<BR>Preferred Requirements :<BR><BR>Advantage, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Hertz Corporation, is a Drug-Free Workplace.
