               <td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">***REGISTRATION in iMatchSkills ( www.worksourceportlandmetro.org ) NEEDED FOR REFERRAL TO THIS POSITION***    REQUIREMENTS:  * 2 years web developer experience    JOB DUTIES:  * MUST be able to complete the following tasks:    -Develop FY 13-14 Business Plan    -Convene / Facilitate Director's Team work session to identify items that should be incorporated into Business Plan    -Work with Director's Team managers to identify measurable outcomes to track progress in meeting contents of Business Plan    -Develop professional and easy to read Business Plan that is publication ready via InDesign or comparable program    -Business Plan should include the following sections, at a minimum:       *Introduction, Vision/Mission, organizational structure, program area descriptions, goals, action items and performance measures    -Develop & Implement Web-based Dashboard    -Work with organizations Communications Team and Bureau of Technology    -Services to design a communications dashboard on organization's website in an effective and user-friendly format. The dashboard should be visually-appealing, uncluttered and fit seamlessly with look and feel of organization's existing website    -Design a graphic layout for dashboard that displays unique 'gauges' for communicating metrics provided by bureau    -Ensure dashboard can be updated easily by bureau staff on an ongoing basis    -Write instructions for updating dashboard with new data  * Tell organizations Financial Story    -The vision for how organizations tells its story should be incorporated into dashboard, the FY 13-14 Business Plan and during the FY 13-14 budget development process ( ad hoc from October ' March ). The budget document narrative will be reviewed and suggestions made for how to improve how organizations tells its financial story    -The consultant will develop key messages for communications about FY 13-14 budget development process, as well as financial history of the bureau    EMPLOYER COMMENTS:  **  Employer will perform a pre-employment drug test, and  background check  **                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                        </font></td>
