<td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">Job Description: <BR>As a Siemens Enterprise Communications Business Solutions Representative, your challenge will be to build upon our track record of success within the Enterprise (1000 + employees/users) markets within a defined 2-4 state territory by identifying, developing and winning complex unified communications solutions and services that solve our customers' enterprise communications needs.<BR><BR>You will focus on customer acquisition, although the territory will have some install base accounts. Collaboration with an inside sales colleague, a systems engineer and your manager will lead to success. Fulfillment of Siemens Enterprise Communications can occur direct or via partners to the end user. The product suite spans IP Telephony/Contact Center/Networking infrastructure (Ethernet switching)/Professional Services and Maintenance Services.<BR><BR>Your success in managing and growing multi million dollar sales goals will be rewarded with a top tier commission program. You will pursue long-term account strategy that maximizes profits and assist in cultivating long-term relationships with the appropriate key account decision makers. You will develop a complete understanding of the organization's structure and key buying influences of assigned account. You will perform client presentations articulating the value proposition of product / solution / service offerings. You will provide management with suggestions for improving volume, market share and price levels.<BR><BR>Work Experience Required:<BR><BR>* 5 - 10 years of experience selling to Enterprise Accounts: Commercial firms as well as State/Local Governments, and Education. <BR>* Experience in using ROI tools and Financial Modeling as a part of your sales process<BR>* Successful negotiator with C-level decision-makers<BR>* Clear concise communication skills, solid business sense and presentation skills<BR>* Experience selling Communication (Voice, Data, VoIP, Collaboration) solutions or related software or IT services within the Defined Geography<BR>* Be prepared to provide examples of successes in consultative solutions selling and demonstrate the drive and skills needed to effectively manage your market and customers<BR><BR>Work Experience Desired:<BR><BR>* Relationships within defined 2-4 state territory with large enterprises, and channel partners including Verizon Business, Shared Technologies, Black Box, is a plus<BR><BR>Education/training/required:<BR><BR>* Training in advanced Account Management and Selling techniques though top-tier programs such as: Holden International Sales Training, Achieve Global, Critical Path Selling, or Target Account Selling<BR><BR>Education/training/desired:<BR><BR>* College Degree or equivalent experience is preferred<BR> <BR><BR>Requisition Number: 1097<BR>Job Title: Business Solutions Sales Representative-D<BR>Area of Interest: Sales<BR><BR>City: Portland<BR><BR>State/Province: Oregon </font></td>
