Position Overview:- Working independently, receiving minimal guidance.- Applying best practices and knowledge of internal/external business challenges to improve products, processes or services, solving complex problems.- Interpreting the customer needs, assessing requirements and identifying solutions.- Explaining difficult issues and working to build consensus.- Performing technical analytics related to advanced data analysis, data mining, and source to target mapping. - Working with multiple geographies and or departments to gather and document tactical requirements from the business. - Create and run SQL queries. Query data analysis.- Coordinating and communicating functional requirements of business unit and technical solutions with IT capability resources by designing and documenting advanced functional specs. - Applying global process standards to regional technology solutions. - Participating in development of project plan/timeline.
