This position will provide documentation and technical support for work involving day-to-day operations and maintenance, building system repairs, replacements, upgrades, and new construction projects working with Microstation drawings, Project Wise, and other standard office applications. Workflow coordination will consist of taking operations and maintenance requests from clients and routing them to the appropriate Facilities personnel. Work assignments will come from the Ross Facilities Manager, Facilities Asset Management, Facilities Program Managers, Facilities Operations Specialists and Architects as needed for regular drawing maintenance, specific project related documentation and drawings, and other work as assigned.<BR><BR><BR>Position Responsibilities include but not limited to:<BR><BR>Perform as technical lead for facilities management drawings. Duties would include process management as well as compliance and technical review of project documents and other work produced by NW CAD technicians. Responsibilities would include oversight of CAD standards compliance and standardized workflow processes. Will also be responsible for overall facilities CAD workload review and distribution of technical assignments based on best use of CAD resources.<BR>Customer Liaison to Facilities Project Managers for facilities alterations, repairs, and upgrades. This includes attending meetings with facilities clients to understand occupant needs, creating design drawings that convey this information, determining code requirements, determining material and labor costs, and providing proposals to Facilities Management and client.
