               <td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">REQUIREMENTS:  * Minimum 21 years or older to comply with Washington County's policies for providing adult resident care  * High School Diploma or equivalent  * Minimum 3 years of providing direct care to seniors at Level 3 Activities of Daily Living (ADL)  * Skills to be organized  * Skills to work as a team member  * Skills to give and receive clear written and oral communication in English to interact effectively with residents, their healthcare provider, and to communicate verbally and in writing resident's condition with family members and staff    PREFERRED:  * Valid Class C Driver License   * Certified Nursing Assistant, Level 1 Certification  * Current CPR and First Aid Certifications  * Food Handler's Card    JOB DUTIES:  * Follow policies provided by the employer  * Assist residents with ADL including bathing, oral care, skin care, dressing / undressing, help to the bathroom or to use commode, bedpan, or urinal  * Provide individualized care that reflects an understanding of the developmental needs of each resident  * Prepare, cook and provide nutritious meals under the supervision of the employer   * Assist with resident transfers, activities and ambulation  * Assist with prescribed exercises per instruction  * Assist with activities such as arts and crafts, gardening, and other hobbies the residents wish to do  * Clean house, change linens, and do laundry   * Maintain confidentialifty of residents' records  * Perform additional duties as assigned    HOURS:  * Part-time  * Available to work weekdays, weekends, nights, and holidays    EMPLOYER COMMENTS:   Our company is a level 3 Adult Foster Care Home.
