               <td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">Title: Case Manager- Maternity Services<BR>Location: Oregon-Portland<BR>Job Number:_12890<BR>Providence is calling an on-call Case Manager- Maternity Services for a varied day shift position with some weekends, in clinics and hospitals in the Portland service area in Portland, OR. <BR><BR>In this position, you will:<BR><BR>* Provide case management to high risk maternity patients across the continuum of care. Case managers are assigned to cover outpatient clinics and the hospital maternity and neonatal intensive care units.
