You&#39;ll work closely with the category leads, the Account managers, and the innovation manager in the development of programs and digital experiences that drive our brand and commerce initiatives forward. Must have a strong knowledge of the digital landscape, a working knowledge of consumer shopping experience online and should be knowledgeable of the sport and fitness industry. Should also have be detail-oriented and have strong project/program management skills. In addition, you&#39;ll be required to multi-task and take on a number of projects at the same time. Should have experience in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and must have strong communication skills.<BR><BR>Qualifications:<BR><BR>Requirements for the position include:<BR>* Bachelors degree in business, marketing or related field<BR>* 2 years&#39; experience in consumer marketing or related experience in marketing project management, marketing planning, marketing implementation, retail merchandising<BR>* Confident knowledge of Nike and the respective consumer culture<BR>* Demonstrated ability to own the traditional and digital marketing project management process including the management of external agencies used to assist in those efforts<BR>* Strong verbal and written communication skills including meeting facilitation skills and the confidence to give presentations<BR>* Ability to clearly articulate goals and objectives<BR>* Ability to understand challenges or underlying concerns, share ideas and develop effective responses or elevate to higher management<BR>Benefits.
