In this role, you will enable the execution of business strategies and capabilities, drive adoption and realize benefits (ROI) through defining, developing and executing organizational transition strategies and change capabilities globally.<BR><BR><BR>In this role, you will:<BR>* <BR>Develop and execute Program Process Innovation organizational transition strategy to drive adoption of new business capabilities across product creation, merchandising and sourcing & manufacturing.<BR>* <BR>Assess overall business impact and readiness for change to understand, evaluate and manage the change portfolio.<BR>* <BR>Develop and execute integrated transition strategies based on the cumulative & collective impact of changes in the portfolio.<BR>* <BR>Drive leadership commitment and sponsor engagement across the matrix, based on functional and cross-functional impacts.<BR>* <BR>Facilitate stakeholder engagement (internal and external to the organization).<BR>* <BR>Plan and manage Portfolio Transition Management resources and budget.<BR>* <BR>Build, lead and develop the Transition Management team consisting of Training, Process and Communication Managers, as well as Business Transition Leads.<BR>* <BR>Develop Change Leadership competencies to ensure successful execution of programs & projects with quality and confidence.<BR>* <BR>Ensure organizational readiness metrics (KPIs) are defined, monitored and realized (ROI).<BR><BR><BR>In this role you will interface with leadership to promote programs to enhance the way we do business. You will facilitate, champion, and embrace change - influencing all levels in the organization. This will provide you the opportunity to work broadly and deeply across all of NIKE's pipelines and functions.<BR><BR>Qualifications:<BR><BR>Requirements:<BR>* <BR>Masters degree in organizational change/development, business, communications or related field.<BR>* <BR>10-15 years of experience leading implementation of large-scale global transformation change initiatives, ideally within product management/merchandising organizations.<BR>* <BR>Direct experience leading, developing and implementing end-to-end, integrated change and transition management strategies and plans.<BR>* <BR>Product/merchandising management experience preferred, including some time in a management position.<BR>* <BR>Proven track record of "making change stick", driving adoption through business benefit realization.<BR>* <BR>Expert level understanding of Organizational change/transition management concepts and best practices.<BR>* <BR>Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to influence and facilitate process and people=based business discussions.<BR>* <BR>Proven track record of leading results oriented teams in high pressure and high profile assignments.<BR>* <BR>Experience leading global cross-functional, cross-cultural teams is preferred.<BR><BR>Job: Merchandising & Product Management </font></td>
