               <td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">REQUIREMENTS:  * Minimum 2 years experience in a call center, customer service, or order desk environment  * Minimum 1 year experience general administrative duties  * Basic knowledge of MS Office with emphasis on Word and Excel    * Communication, organizational, analytical and math skills  * Type at least 45 words per minute  * Skills to learn and to face new challenges  * Multitasking skills    PREFERRED:  * Read, write, and speak French or French Canadian and English     JOB DUTIES:  * Receive and make outbound calls to Clients and respond to the inquiries regarding all aspects of the Client's order  * Work to resolve issues or concerns for product and installation with a focus on speed to resolution while maintaining professionalism at all times  * Review orders on a proactive basis regarding shipment timeliness and advise clients accordingly of changes / delays  * Perform status and satisfaction calls to clients   * Manage and resolve complicated situations relating to client orders  * Work with supervisory team to identify effective resolution to client needs  * Maintain on an ongoing basis accurate records of client profiles and product information  * Work on client specific project-related activities as assigned    HOURS:  * Full-time, temp-to-hire  * Position may require hours that exceed 8 hours per day and / or 40 hours per week    EMPLOYER COMMENTS:  "The ideal candidate enjoys being on the phone and quickly builds rapport with customers and has a great attitude and work ethic."    LOCATION: Portland 97223  Language skill requirement or preference:  Able to speak French preferred.
