               <td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">Title: Clinical Research Associate-Budgets<BR>Location: Oregon-Portland<BR>Job Number:_18209<BR>Providence is calling a full-time Clinical Research Associate-Budgets for a day position at Providence Portland Medical Center in Portland, OR.<BR><BR>In this position, you will:<BR>* Be responsible for the timely and accurate preparation and maintenance of budget templates for sponsored clinical trials, including the comparative review against budgets offered by study sponsors, the coverage analysis and integration of investigator feedback about Research vs. Standard of Care protocol procedures, the set-up of study payments milestones and Billing Instructions grids using Microsoft Applications (Excel) and/or the Clinical Trial Management System.<BR>* Be responsible, but not limited to, the collection of New Study routing forms and essential study start-up documents, the itemized cost analysis and interpretation of clinical protocols into budgets milestones; the creation and maintenance of billing grids that indicate funding source of each clinical trial event, updated as necessary per contract/protocol amendments; initiation of invoices and reconciliation of study related payments; communication and close interactions with contracts analysts, program managers and internal accounting groups.<BR>* Uphold the standards of confidentiality, attendance and punctuality.<BR>* Perform all duties in a manner, which promotes team concept and reflects the Sisters of Providence mission and philosophy.<BR><BR>Qualifications:<BR><BR><BR>Qualifications for this position include:<BR><BR>* Bachelor?s degree with two years of relevant experience preferred.
